Train-the-Trainer: Sourcing
This intensive 4-day course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to conduct in-house instruction on Emptoris. Through a combination of lecture, hands-on exercises, and "teach back" role playing, students learn to teach the following areas of the Emptoris solution:
- Creating buyer organization users
- Creating supplier organizations and users
- Defining global and local supplier profiles
- Creating and managing categories
- Creating sourcing events with best-practice tips and teaching techniques
