This 3-day lab-intensive course exposes new users to the tools and techniques needed to successfully create and manage eSourcing events using Emptoris. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on labs, students are exposed to the following:
- Project management
- Using the Emptoris Portal
- Creating, monitoring, and scoring RFx events, reverse auctions, and forward auctions
- Analysis through optimization
- Messaging, reporting and exporting/importing
