EMPTORIS TO EXHIBIT AT SAPPHIRE® '06 AND 2006 ASUG CONFERENCES

Burlington, Mass. (May 15, 2006) — Emptoris, a leading provider of enterprise supply and contract management software, announced today that the company will be exhibiting in support of the SAP NetWeaver® platform at SAPPHIRE® ’06 Orlando, SAP’s international customer conference, and the 2006 ASUG Annual Conference. The co-located conferences will overlap: 2006 ASUG will be held from May 14-17 and SAPPHIRE ’06 will be held from May 16-18 in Orlando, Florida.

Emptoris will be exhibiting in the SAP NetWeaver Partner Pavilion at 2331. Emptoris 6 achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” qualification in January. With this certification, Emptoris supports the SAP NetWeaver Web Application Server and provides integration to the SAP NetWeaver Portal and related security infrastructure.
