Emptoris is pleased to announce this year's Emptoris Customer Awards Program. The Emptoris Awards provide our valued customers the ability to showcase their successes and innovations, to recognize the hard work of their teams, and to laud the organization’s achievements over the last year. This year’s winners will be announced and awarded at a special ceremony at Emptoris Empower, the International User Conference being held in historic Boston, Massachusetts, September 15-16, 2010.

5 Reasons to Participate

1. Awareness: Share your successes internally and promote them throughout the organization. As budgets tighten, further endorsement and recognition of your successes can heighten attention on the value of your programs.
2. Recognition: Be recognized by your peers at Emptoris Empower 2010 in historic Boston.
3. Education: To share your stories with peers and advance best practices in supply and contract management.
4. Award: Winners will receive a personalized, engraved award, presented to them at the conference. We will ship the award back to your organization after the conference, where you can show it off to your peers and colleagues.
5. Vision: Emptoris will also be using insights and direction gleaned from the award nominations to help guide its future investment and development of its solution suite.

The Award Categories

Emptoris has created several award categories to allow our valued customers an opportunity to compete for recognition regardless of the size or scale of the organization. You have a passionate story to tell, we want to hear it!

Innovation: Awarded to the Emptoris customer that best exemplifies the use of Emptoris technology to drive “game changing” innovation in its organization. Heightened consideration is given to companies who have demonstrated use of the advanced functions within Emptoris technologies to achieve the goals of the organization.

Rapid Time to Value: Awarded to an Emptoris customer that has successfully implemented an Emptoris solution in the past 12 or 18 months and has demonstrated early success in driving rapid cost savings and value to the organization. Heightened consideration is given to companies that can detail the impact on the company’s bottom line and/or in mitigating supply base risk.

ROI Impact: Awarded to the Emptoris customer that has achieved the largest accumulative ROI over a set period leveraging Emptoris technologies and services. Two awards will be presented in this category:

• The first award is presented to the Emptoris customer who has achieved the largest accumulative ROI within in a calendar year.
• The second award is presented to the Emptoris customer who has achieved the largest accumulative ROI over the lifetime.

Sustainability: Awarded to the Emptoris customers that have best demonstrated long term, sustainable savings and strategic value to their organization through the application of Emptoris solutions. Two awards will be presented in this category:

• The first award is focused on Sustainable Transformation: Awarded to the Emptoris customer that best demonstrates large scale transformation or change in their supply or contract management organization. Presented to a company that has demonstrated marked change in processes, measurable results/cost savings, and delivered value to the broader organization.
• The second award is focused on Driving Sustainable Adoption: Recognizing the importance of adoption in driving value, this award is presented to an Emptoris customer that best illustrates how its strategic and/or creative plan drove greater solution adoption within its organization.

The submission process has been designed to take 10-15 minutes of your time to garner your organization and your team the recognition it deserves.
