How can I "Connect" with my peers prior to the event?
Throughout the conference there will be many opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals from across Emptoris' European customer base and worldwide. Connect, chat, swap ideas over a coffee in the 'Connect Lounge', our dedicated meeting space at Empower Europe designed to allow customers to share strategies and forge lasting working relationships. To arrange a meeting ahead of the conference please send an email to Elisa Saunders who will be happy to assist you in connecting with your peers. Alternatively please register your interest at the events’ reception desk on the day.
How do I make a room reservation?
Wokefield Park is the proud host of the Emptoris Empower Europe 2010 event. Please contact the hotel's reservations desk directly at Tel +44 (0)118 933 4076. State that you are attending the Emptoris User Conference on 22nd / 23rd April. Use promo code CPEMPB to obtain the reduced room rate. Which airport is closest to the event?
London Heathrow Airport is recommended as your arrival point and is just 30 miles from the event. However, for those wishing to use an alternate airport, London Gatwick is 61 miles and London City is 53 miles from Wokefield Park. Directions can be found here or on the Wokefield Park website.
What is the dress code for Empower Europe 2010?
Business casual is suggested. We recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to accommodate hotel air conditioning and evening activities. The average daytime temperature for Berkshire is 16° C during the day, but can get chilly in the evenings. The hotel boasts a fantastic indoor pool & spa facility and don't forget the PGA standard 18 hole golf course available for use at an additional cost.
Will I have a chance to explore London?
Of course! While we have scheduled private dining on Thursday evening where you and your colleagues can enjoy the rural views of Berkshire, we will provide ample opportunity for you to travel in to London to indulge in the sights, sounds and tastes of the decadent West End.
What is the cost to attend Empower Europe 2010?
Standard Registration: $595. This includes conference fees, all onsite meals, event entertainment and many hotels amenities. Flight, offsite meals, and accommodation fees are not included. Most meals are included in the conference fee, but please see the Agenda page for full details.
Do I have to be a customer to attend?
Not at all! Non-customers, analysts, and media are invited to attend. Non-customers are encouraged to work directly with your current Emptoris contact or to direct further enquires to John Webster, EMEA Product Marketing Director at jwebster@emptoris.com to arrange registration. Your queries will be promptly addressed.

Can we come pre- or post-event to enjoy the many Berkshire amenities?
