We are pleased to announce the launch of Emptoris Connect - a “one-stop” online resource for you, our valued customers.
Emptoris Connect is a central online portal that you can access with a single log-in. It currently offers customer support, best practice guides and useful training materials. Coming in Q2 of 2010 will be online communities; enabling you to safely & securely connect with other Emptoris customers. The current available resources include:
Customer Support & Reporting - An enhanced customer support option that makes it easy for you to create, update, track and report on customer support cases via the Web.
Knowledge Library - A solutions library that includes enhanced searching capabilities on a wealth of knowledge including product information, and training manuals and materials
Best Practices - A library of best practice guides and case studies that provide a clear map to ensure you get the greatest value out of your solutions including the most advanced capabilities.
Community - An online blog with solutions tips, news and updates, as well as upcoming events.
Access to this portal will require a new profile for each user. To request your profile, please send an email with your name and company name to support@emptoris.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for your login information request to be processed. Once your request is processed you will receive an email with your login information and a tutorial on how to use the new portal.
