Contracts

This full-day session provides hands-on instruction on managing supplier awards within a contractual framework. Through the use of lecture and exercises, students are exposed to the following:

• Online contract repository
• Generating contract terms from sourcing event awards
• Contract authoring and red-lining
• Tracking the contract through approval stages
• Collaborating with organization team members and suppliers during contract creation

Target Audience:
Users involved in the contract management process within their organization
