As Emptoris' Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Quirk provides the vision and sets the company's overall strategic direction as well as drives execution that will enable Emptoris to maintain its leadership position in the market. Mr. Quirk joins Emptoris from GoldenGate Software, a leading provider of high availability and real-time data integration solutions for heterogeneous enterprise IT environments. At GoldenGate, Mr. Quirk served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining GoldenGate, Mr. Quirk was EVP of worldwide operations at Keynote Systems Inc., the leader in providing services that improve online business performance and customer experience. Mr. Quirk has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software management, research and development, marketing and sales. He has held a number of senior executive positions in large successful enterprise software organizations. Previously, he was the general manager of PeopleSoft's Enterprise Supply Chain Management division where he led the strategic direction, product development, global marketing, and customer support of PeopleSoft's award-winning solutions. Additionally, Mr. Quirk led the evaluation and acquisition of JD Edwards for $1.7 Billion which was the largest software acquisition in ERP and PeopleSoft's history. Before PeopleSoft, Quirk was the vice president of strategic accounts at i2 Technologies, vice president of the Americas and Asia Pacific for Aspect Development (acquired by i2), vice president of worldwide sales at Connect Inc., and vice president of the Americas for Avalon Software, an ERP company. Eric serves as the Vice President and General Manager of EMEA, responsible for the day to day operations, continuing growth, strategy and sales leadership across European operations. A seasoned sales and business executive, Eric brings over 20 years experience in Sales, Sales Leadership and General Management within the Enterprise Software Industry. Prior to joining Emptoris, Eric held various senior management positions in the Document Management, CRM and Customer Care & Billing markets for companies such as Amdocs, Nortel, Clarify, Cimage and other Enterprise Software and Service related companies. In doing so, Eric has gained extensive experience in building out small business units to growing sales in large multi-billion dollar organizations. Terrence Curley is responsible for global operations leading the company's product implementation and operations teams and is responsible for all aspects of the company's customer application deployments. Amol is responsible for customer acquisition and retention in the North and Latin Americas regions. A seasoned sales and business development executive in Supply Chain Management and Business Optimization domain, Amol brings over 15 years of diverse, cross-functional experience from Enterprise Software as well as Manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Emptoris, Amol was part of the management team at Sterlite Technologies, one of the world's top 5 manufacturers of transmission solutions to the Telecom and Power industry, where he led its Americas operations. Bob Kellegrew, Vice President and General CounselBob Kellegrew, Vice President and General Counsel
Bob's more than 20 years of legal experience in the high technology world includes his having been the Chief Legal Officer at four publicly traded companies. As general counsel, treasurer, secretary and vice president for global, high-tech leaders, Kellegrew has consistently supported revenue growth and increased shareholder value. Most recently he was General Counsel for SpeechWorks International. Prior to SpeechWorks, Kellegrew was at American Tower where he managed a department of 12 lawyers and a variety of transactions including the recovery of millions in debt from financially troubled customers. Previous to American Tower, Kellegrew was the vice president, general counsel and treasurer for PictureTel Corporation, the global leader in videoconferencing, where he led a $30 million secondary capital investment, complex contract negotiations and the successful sale of a subsidiary company. In addition Kellegrew also held deputy general counsel and associate general counsel positions at FTP Software and Stratus Computer, respectively. Kellegrew received his law degree from Western New England School of Law. Miller has more than 24 years experience, including more than 18 years experience as a senior financial executive and CFO at global public technology companies. Prior to joining Emptoris, Miller was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Aspen Technology (Nasdaq: AZPN), a leading supplier of integrated software and services to the process industries, with more than $300 million in revenues, 1500 global customers and operations in 21 countries. Previously, Miller was CFO and SVP of Finance at Viisage Technology (Nasdaq: VISG), a leading provider of advanced technology identity solutions, where he led the closing and financing of significant mergers and acquisitions for the company including the acquisition of Integrated Biometrics; the acquisition of SecuriMetrics; and the $770 million merger with Identix (Nasdaq: IDNX). He also served as Vice President of Finance and Controller at Sonus Network (Nasdaq: SONS), a leading provider of voice, video and data infrastructure solutions, and at Sapient (Nasdaq: SAPE), a global services company that helps clients leverage technology to transform their businesses. As Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Emptoris, Kevin works closely with customers, industry leaders, and the business and technology press to share the company's vision for how its innovation can accelerate profitable growth.  Kevin has over 9 years of enterprise software marketing experience, including 7 years directly in the supply and contract management arena. Prior to joining Emptoris, Kevin was the Director of Product Marketing at FairMarket, Inc., an e-commerce and auction software provider focused on retail solutions for the business-to-consumer segment. While at FairMarket, he led a cross functional team in architecting and championing the software product line representing 60% of the company's revenues.  He routinely worked with executives from Wal-Mart, JC Penney, Dell Computer and W.W. Grainger to expand their sales presence online.  During this period, FairMarket conducted a successful Initial Public Offering which raised over $100 million. Before joining FairMarket, Kevin worked with McKinsey & Company consulting in the petroleum, electric utility, banking, media and engineering and construction sectors, helping clients pursue product diversification and product line profitability strategies.  A graduate with distinction from the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Control Systems Engineering, Kevin served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.  He is a decorated combat veteran of the first Gulf War, where he co-led a 225 Marine team during the assualt on Kuwait.  After leaving the military, Kevin earned his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.View Biography in Adobe PDF Format

Michael N. Romeri is Executive Vice President at Emptoris, Inc., leading business development efforts for the company, as well as overseeing the company’s strategic alliances with management consulting firms. He also leads several Emptoris performance improvement initiatives including those to help drive customer adoption and measure the ROI and savings delivered by Emptoris solutions. Romeri has more than 30 years experience in operations and management consulting, previously serving as a Principal and Partner with PRTM, a leading management consulting firm focusing on operational strategy, supply chain transformation, and customer experience innovation. At PRTM, Romeri sold and directed dozens of major projects in Europe, the United States, and Asia over a 23-year career. He also helped pioneer PRTM’s supply chain and product development consulting practices in Europe and the US. The “Results not Reports” orientation of PRTM actually saved clients billions of dollars based on PRTM’s work with them. Most recently, Romeri was responsible for launching PRTM’s Business Technology Group and led the development of an advanced supply chain consulting service called supply chain performance assurance that enabled clients to manage supply chain risk in real time. He also founded and led PRTM’s telecommunications consulting practice for Europe and the Eastern U.S. Additionally, Romeri had responsibility for managing PRTM’s relationships with relevant software vendors whose solutions could enhance the impact of PRTM’s own service offerings. Prior to PRTM, Romeri served as Senior Vice President for Europe for Flextronics, the leading electronics manufacturing services provider, at a time when the company grew from a start-up to a $500 million company. Seth Wolins, General Manager for Services ProcurementSeth Wolins, General Manager for Services Procurement
Seth Wolins is General Manager for Services Procurement at Emptoris, overseeing the development of, and implementations for, the market's most widely-used contingent and professional services procurement solution. In this position, Wolins has helped leading global companies such as GE, BP, HP, Qwest, Sun and Motorola develop best-in-class services procurement programs. Prior to joining Emptoris, Wolins was General Manager of the Contract & Services Management division at ClickCommerce, a company Emptoris acquired in the Spring of 2009. Prior to ClickCommerce, he was the Vice President, Global Industry Marketing for Sterling Commerce, an AT&T subsidiary and one of the world's largest providers of multi-enterprise collaboration software and services. Earlier, Mr. Wolins ran global industry marketing for JD Edwards and, after its acquisition, for PeopleSoft.
