Implementation Engineer - Level-II & III Support
Experience Needed:
4-6 years of experience in software related technical support using the following technologies:
- Technical skills: Windows, Linux, MySQL, MSSQL, scripting, database server administration, web
- Server and application server administration (Apache, Tomcat / Weblogic)
- Experience in web based product / software support.
- Experience in working with international clients
- Good communication skills.

Technical Support Engineer- Level 1
The position of Technical Support Engineer is to work with Emptoris customers to manage and resolve incidents and issues for the Emptoris Contract Management application. The person will perform frontline support, and incident management, including application support. The technical support Engineer should be proficient in the use, of the software application such that they can determine correct behavior and report to second level support any bugs in the way the software application works. The person should understand the hardware and software requirements of the Client Desktop, and know how to determine and verify customer configurations.
Extending beyond the application, the should have a working knowledge of the various product API’s including the Extension Framework, and be able to collect and report information provided by customers to Tier 2 Customer Support.
The person should be ready to participate in a weekly schedule to assist diCarta in providing 24x7x365 frontline support for its customers.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using incident management applications, have Strong MS Word skills,have strong communication skills and be able to concurrently manage multiple incidents/activities.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Previous Tier 1 Customer Support experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage issue resolution at both the ‘big picture’ and detail level
- Client based operating systems and applications – Win2K, Win2003, Win XP, IE 6.0, Current versions of MS Word.
- Understanding of application and data integration.
- Experience with reporting applications is a plus.

Application Support Engineer- Multilingual
Responsibilities include providing voice based application support to European customers in one of the following languages: Portuguese, German, Spanish, and Dutch in CET hours. Candidate must have experience of 2-3 years in similar role.
The person should be open to work in 24*7 timings.
