Sales

Manager/Senior Manager Sales:

Knowledge-Set/Experience:

7 to 12 years Strategy consulting or Bus Dev experience, Must understand Enterprise Software space (vs. infrastructure s/w or h/w), Understanding of ERP modules at a high level, Understanding of domain terminology and basic processes - P2P

Education:
MBA from reputable institution

Skill-Set:

  • Excellent Negotiation skills,
  • excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Good listener
  • Can synthesize account strategy from imperfect information
  • Evangelical approach to business development
  • Quickly learn specific Emptoris customer use-cases/success stories and draw parallels to Indian contexts

Desirable but not required:

  • Engineering background
  • Sales Management experience a plus
  • Understands Accounting, Purchasing modules well
  • Analytic skills; Demonstrable creativity; Potential to manage sales team in the future.
