As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Allen is responsible for day-to-day operations, continuing growth, and sales leadership across the company’s European operations. A seasoned sales and business executive, Allen brings Emptoris over 20 years experience in sales, sales leadership and general management positions within the enterprise software industry.

Throughout his career, Allen has gained extensive experience building out business units and growing sales in large multi-billion dollar organizations. Prior to joining Emptoris, Allen held various senior management positions in the document management, CRM, customer care, and billing markets for software and service related companies including Amdocs, Nortel, Clarify, Cimage.

Allen holds an honors degree in civil engineering at the University of Southampton.
