Bradley T. Miller

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at Emptoris, Bradley Miller has more than 24 years experience, with more than 18 years as a senior financial executive and CFO at public technology companies.

Prior to joining Emptoris, Miller was CFO and Senior Vice President at Aspen Technology (Nasdaq: AZPN), a leading supplier of integrated software and services to the process industries with more than $300 million in revenues.

Miller was also CFO and SVP of finance at Viisage Technology (NASDAQ: VISG), a leading provider of advanced technology identity solutions. In this role, he led the closing and financing of significant mergers and acquisitions for the company including the acquisitions of Integrated Biometrics, SecuriMetrics, and the $770 million merger with Identix (NASDAQ: IDNX). Miller was also Vice President of Finance and Controller at Sonus Network (NASDAQ: SONS), a leading provider of voice, video and data infrastructure solutions, and at Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE), a global services company that helps clients leverage technology to transform their businesses.

Miller began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he earned his CPA. He also holds an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
