As Senior Vice President of Sales, Amol Joshi is responsible for customer acquisition and retention in the Americas and India regions. A seasoned sales and business development executive in supply chain management and business optimization, Joshi brings over 15 years of diverse, cross-functional experience from both enterprise software and manufacturing companies to his leadership role at Emptoris.

Prior to joining Emptoris, Joshi was part of the management team at Sterlite Technologies, one of the world's top 5 manufacturers of transmission solutions to the Telecom and Power industry, where he led its Americas operations. Prior to Sterlite, Joshi held consulting, sales and sales management positions at Aspen Technology and Oracle.

Joshi holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from University of Bombay and a Doctor of Science in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
